The minutes include lists of estimates for departmental income and expenditure from the rates, causes of overspending, breakdowns of spending on various aspects of parks provision (i.e. staffing, repairs, planting of plants and trees) for the various parks, cemeteries and crematoria that fell under the care of the committee. |
