AccessConditionsThe records of the Consultative Sub-Committee contain detailed references to staffing, including instances of theft and fraud. The records have therefore been closed for 80 years under the provisions of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
AdminHistoryThe Consultative Sub-Committee was formed to act as an advisory and consultative body to the main Bank Committee on a wide range of issues. Issues included staffing and pay, branch opening, house purchasing and other departmental matters. The committee only appears to have sat for a very short time and appear to have been disbanded in 1919, although the minutes of the final meeting give no formal record of this.
