| AdminHistory | The Hospitals and Homes Sub-Committee was appointed in November 1929. It consisted of twelve members, and its purpose was to consider questions relating to the Babies Hospital, Pype Hays Convalescent Home, Heathfield Road Maternity Home, Sorrento Maternity Home and Lordswood Nursery. These functions had been a part of the Maternity and Child Welfare Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/BV/2) and, in February 1930, were passed back to it. |
