AccessConditionsThe records of the Accounts Sub-Committee are bound with the minutes of other sub-committees which contain confidential and sensitive information on individual patients and staff. The records have been closed for 100 years in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 1998, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
AdminHistoryThe Coleshill Park Sub-Committee was appointed in July 1926. It consisted of five members, and its purpose was to monitor the building, and then to consider the administration, operation and procedural running of the 'Coleshill Hall Mental Defectives Home' (also called Coleshill Park). The Home was opened in September 1929, thought the Hall and estate was purchased in 1926. The sub-committee also took over responsibility for the Marston Green section as well.
