AccessConditionsThe first set of minutes of the Sites and Buildings Sub-Committee dated 1948 - 1949 are bound together with the minutes of the Disciplinary Sub-Committee which include details of two cases fraud which potentially detail disciplinary procedures against named individuals. These minutes are closed for 80 years. The remainder of the sub-committee minutes dated 1949 - 1957 are bound in a general combined sub-committee minute volume that is closed for 50 years.
AdminHistoryThe Sites and Buildings Sub-committee was appointed in July 1948 to advise the main committee on all matters to do with sites and buildings for new and replacement civic restaurants. After July 1957, the functions of this sub-committee appear to have returned to the main committee.
