The records have therefore been closed for 100 years in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 1998, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
AdminHistoryThis sub-committee constituted the same sub-committee that had served the Public Health and Maternity and Child Welfare Committee, with the same constitution and function, just a new minute sequence (see BCC/1/BM/11). Its purpose was to advise the main Health Committee on all maternity and infant welfare matters.
