| Description | This report contains four maps labelled A - D which show the County Borough of West Bromwich together with the proposed extension, the proposed amalgamation in and around the Ward of West Bromwich, the areas covered by the Walsall Union, West Bromwich Union and the Dudley Union and the geological features of the borough of West Bromwich. Maps B,C and D are fold out maps and can be difficult to open. The report is the divided into sections on the County Borough of West Bromwich, General Observations, Proposals, Prayer, The Urban District of Oldbury, The Urban District of Perry Barr, The Urban District of Tipton, the Parish of Great Barr and two appendixes. Appendix A covers the population of each district in the scheme, the rateable and assessable value of each district, the rates levied in each district and a summary of the total debts (exclusive of education) of each district. Appendix B contains a list of local Acts and Acts confirming provisional orders in the County Borough and in each of the proposed areas and a statement detailing the electoral divisions of the area. There are also statements containing information on the Petty Sessional divisions and the Coroners districts. |
