| Description | This map was produced by the City Surveyor Mr Henry.E. Stilgoe and the Town Clerk Mr E.V. Hiley. The map shows the existing boundaries in red and the boundaries of districts proposed to be incorporated in blue, yellow, green, grey and brown. The districts proposed to be included are Kings Norton and Northfield Urban District, Yardley Rural District, the Borough of Aston Manor, Erdington Urban District and Handsworth Urban District. The maps also show proposed alterations of the city boundary, tramways, public elementary schools, public parks and recreation grounds, buildings erected since the revision of the Ordnance Map in 1902, sewage disposal works, refuse destructors, tips, gas works, water works and electrical works. |
