| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are in an untitled, dark blue A4 volume. The minutes from January 1934 - May 1949 are currently missing. Also enclosed with the minutes are committee reports, meeting attendance lists, correspondence, financial material and balance sheets, notices, publicity and programmes for the annual Horse Parades (including the Festival of Britain Horse Parade of 4 May 1951), and prize lists. This series of records also includes the minutes of the special sub-committee appointed in March 1952 to consider the disposal of cups and trophies on the cessation of the main committee, but the minutes have not been listed separately as the committee sat only very briefly. |
