Cashmore was responsible for the compilation of the Book of Remembrance; the Charles Parker Archive contains recordings of an interview with Cashmore discussing his life, his career, his travels across Europe in the first half of the twentieth century, the libraries and reading cultures in these various countries, and other related experiences and adventures.
