| AdminHistory | The Park and Fire Brigade Committee first met in January 1895. Before that date, the control of the fire brigade and the public park was the responsibility of the General Purposes Committee (see BCH/AD). In December 1906, the committee structure was reorganised. The Park and Fire Brigade Committee became the Baths and Park Committee and the Stable Management Committee was given control of the fire brigade becoming the Fire Brigade and Stable Management Committee (see BCH/AK). |
