| Description | Along with families moving out of the area, the infant mortality rate reduced the number of children needing vaccinations within Aston Union. These volumes contain details on the deaths of infants under one year old, information that was also forwarded to the Local Government Board. The volumes include the name of each child, their age, the place and date of death, and their father's (or in the case of illegitimate children, mother's) name and profession.
