| Description | This volume of minutes contains details of those issues that were discussed by the whole Board whilst in committee, and which were not given to a separate committee for examination. The topics discussed are of a very wide range, and concern issues that would affect the Union as a whole rather than specific parts of it. These include the resignation of the clerk due to ill health, the membership of a political party by Union officials and issues relating to the proposed city boundary changes. However, only a quarter of the volume actually contains minutes, the rest being left blank. |
