| Description | It is unclear when the Children's Revision sub-committee was founded, but its duties were similar to those of the earlier Revision sub-committee, and the Erdington House and Western Road House Revision sub-committees (see GP B/2/3/15, GP B/2/3/16 and GP B/2/7/4). It was the sub-committee's responsibility to review those cases of children being maintained by the Union, and then decide whether the level of relief should remain the same or change. The committee also accepted applications for adoption, and made the final decision regarding them. The volume contains a great deal of information on individual cases. |
