DescriptionAnother of the clerk's responsibilities was to maintain the financial records of the Union. For Birmingham, several different types of record have survived, although only those for very short periods are extant. Originally, there would have been financial records that spanned the whole of the Union's life, from 1783 up until 1930.

Along with the records listed here, some land valuation returns for the Birmingham Union survive, and are held as part of the King's Norton collection, at GP/KN/3/1.
