| Description | The Board Committee arose out of a Standing Order of 1906, which stated that 'the Board may resolve itself into Committee upon a motion duly made, and seconded, being carried by a majority of which motion no previous notice shall be necessary. Any member may speak as often as he desires in Committee of the Board' (see GP KN/2/2/1).
The volume contains information on the Board Committee, as well as references to other committees. However, only the minutes of two meetings are recorded, with the remainder of the volume left blank. It is not clear if the Board Committee continued after 1907. The volume is not indexed. |
