| Description | These volumes record the serial number, date of X-ray, patient's name, age, ward, physician or surgeon, part to be X-rayed, clinical history (rarely) and report. From 1951 a 'report' is no longer given, but a 'Disease No.' instead. The practice of recording in these volumes ceased in March 1962.
