She talks of how she developed a specialized service for children with tracheotomies, which has evolved over time and is close to their heart, emphasizing the importance of understanding their unique needs and providing support to parents. She talks of her role as a tongue tie specialist. Alison talks about her PhD which focused on the stories parents of children with tracheostomies tell and how this has helped her understand the challenges they face and how she uses these insights in her role and in teaching. |
