| Description | This volume contains minutes from meetings; it has no index or minute numbers. Found on first page "Committee meeting of the general institution for the relief of bodily deformities" for "considering the propriety of establishing an institution for the relief of persons labouring under bodily deformities." By the minutes of 4 July 1817 the Hospital is established at a house in New Street. At the rear of the volume are treasurers' accounts from 1884 - 1861 and a letter from the auditor dated 15 February 1822. |
