The admissions page lists: admission number, name, date of admission, age, residence, occupation of parent, schools attended before, under what standard last examined, and in what class at enrolment. The withdrawal page lists: in what class at withdrawal, time in school, date, age, and reason for leaving.
There is an alphabetical index of names and admission numbers at the front of the volume.
