| Description | Indexed minutes including interleafed annual accounts, subscription lists, reports and related documents including invitations to annual meetings. Minutes are unsigned. Informal Director's meetings are minuted in a running sequence while annual meetings are recorded as separate minute sequences up to 1972 when they were included in the main minute sequence. From 1972 onwards khaki paper is used to record formal Directors meeting and annual meeting minutes and green paper for agenda notes. Any apparent gaps in the informal minute sequence mean that it was interrupted by a run of formal or annual minutes recorded on separate pages. File 'a' includes minutes 1001 - 1150, file 'b' includes minutes 1151 - 1290. |
