The CRP aims particularly to improve public access to information and rights to consultation, participation and public accountability in the range of services provided by local government. Nature of support: In 1991 the Fund approved a single grant of £18,000 towards launch costs of the CRP newsletter. In 1992 the unpaid balance of the grant was rescinded. Minutes: BCF 3201, BCF 3245.
