The organisation exists to help young people especially, though not exclusively, through their leisure activities so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities. As of 1984 the BAYC serves 200 clubs with over 21,000 members. Nature of support: In 1984 the Trust declined to make a grant to support a second youth worker. That same year the Paul S.
