DescriptionThese relate to five separate estates, which are listed as the Erdington, Redditch, Northfield, London, and Birmingham Estates. The estates comprise property in Birmingham and in the parishes of Sutton Coldfield, Solihull and Ipsley (Warwicks), Feckenham (Worcs.), Fulham and Upper Sydenahm (London) and Ilford (Essex).

The volume contains a series of Key plans relating to the five estates and 25 detailed plans and schedules.

The Erdington Estate contains property in Birmingham Road, Bonsall Road, Brick Kiln Lane, Broadfields Road, Dean Road, Edwards Road, Florence Road, Grange Road, Gravelly Lane. Hart Road, Holliday Road, Holly Lane, Johnson Road, Mason Road, Marsh Lane, Mona Road, Old Chester Road, Oliver Road, Orphanage Road, Silver Birch Road, South Grove, Station Road, Sutton Road.

The Birmingham Estate contains property in Bridge Street, Broad Street, Great Hampton Street, High Street, Honduras Wharf, Moor Street, New Street and Snow Hill, together with the Eagle Flour Mill, and Old Stream Mill.

The Northfield Estate comprised lands forming part of Nonsuch Farm, Stonehouse Lane.
