| Description | This volume appears to work as a petty cash book. The volume records money out for different expenditure areas, such as: provisions, clothing, household, fuel, light and water, salaries, etc. Also recorded is: how much the expenditure was, who the money was paid to and the date. At the rear of the volume there are annual summaries of expenditure for 15th October 1959 to 28th February 1969 (a year being October to the end of September for the purpose of annual summaries). Also at the rear of the volume are details of expenditure from different funds for 24th November 1959 to 30 May 1962, e.g. money out of the prize-giving fund for prizes for the pupils, etc. |
