| Description | This item is a bundle that appears to have originally been made up of smaller bundles bound together by rubber bands. The rubber bands have now degraded and so it is not entirely clear which items were originally bound together and so no attempt has been made to try and reinstate these bundles.
The first part of the bundle appears to be concerned with legal action brought against the school governors in regards to land adjacent to land owned by the school. The legal action appears to be an attempt by the owners of properties near the brickyard (owned by the school) to gain compensation for damage caused to their rented properties as a result of floods and vandalism caused by 'undesirable characters' congregating on the brickyard which was at that time being used as a tip. The rest of the bundle comprises miscellaneous items relating to property, leases and land. |
