Each page has the title 'Rental for the year...' and records: number in terrier, annual rent, situation and description of property, name of tenant, rent accrued, date of receipt, folio rent cash book, amount received, tax and compensation duty allowed, arrears to next account, losses, void &c., remarks and so on. The volume is organised by estate (Sparkbrook, Watery Lane, etc.). Encloses some sheets of rough calculations. |
