| Description | This item comprises of two plans, rolled together. The first of the plans is of the Watery Lane estate with a list of old and new rents with the number of the property, the name of the person renting the property and the rent to pay. The second of the plans is a scale 'plan of gardens in the Watery and Dark Lanes belonging to Birmingham Blue Coat Charity School' with a reference recording: description, tenants' names and under-tenants' names. Both of the plans were drawn by Cheshire and Son, surveyors, 1850. |
