AdminHistory'Carnival in Exile' was a group exhibition by Connections Arts, held at the CAVE arts centre, Moseley, Birmingham.
The carnival is an Afro-Caribbean tradition, first held in celebration of the end of West Indian slavery in 1833, in Trinidad. The tradition carried on and now there are annual carnivals held around Britain.
