| AdminHistory | Blackboard was launched at WEMAS's inaugural meeting, 6th December 1982 as the West Midlands Ethnic Minority Arts Service bulletin publication, but by issue 9 in 1984 it had become the journal for WEMAS. It was published bi-monthly. Blackboard Review replaced it, with an overlap in 1989, with the Bulletin publication providing the listings service in 1987. |
