| Arrangement | The letters have been kept in the order in which they had been arranged, in chronological order. They had been numbered in the top left hand corner in pencil. However, there were no letters present with the numbers 14, 16 or 58. Catalogue entries have been created and a note made that the letter was not present when deposited.
The letter which had been allocated the number 74 is the second sheet of the letter numbered 77 and has now been placed with that page.
There were two letters without numbers which are now /78 and /79 and may have been part of the sequence. Numbers /80 and /81 are later notes and an exhibition invitation relating to Southall. |
