DescriptionHe and his uncle Joseph Rathbone want an engine with a 63 inch cylinder for Donnington Wood. Hope Boulton & Watt will be reasonable with the premium – coal is cheap at Donnington. Glad to hear of the success of their corn mill [Albion Mill]. Hopes to make a trial of a corn mill in his area. The Bradley forge engine works well. Wishes Matthew Boulton success in opposing the Anglesey [copper] bill.
