Dear Sir
I did not return till late this evening from broseley and it is now past 10 so that I have only time to say I have just received your two last letters but have scarcely read them the came too late too stop the carpenters who have been set out three days I went to Bradley and to my surprise I found such off the pole dies pumps lying there as a cast although I was told by with his Wilkinson last week they were gone I roused their affection to the sending of them off directly and to the casting of the remainder without further delay and I brought their surveyors sign manual to enforce my request but down yesterday at Mr ray bones with Reynolds senior and junior the 2 derbies Dr Priestley in Wilkinson where I saw a new forge set to work and have inspected several I shall read your letters over again and reply by next post I think there is No Fear that we can make a very good steam forge which will with the new method of making iron with pit coal an the affects of our canals will quite all to the system of the iron trade and over sets the old ironmasters Wilkinson is quite hott appan forge with respectful compliments to Mrs what I remained discern yours sincerely Matthew Bolton
