Second meeting with the solicitor – Murray’s abandoning of the case and setting aside of his patent. Will prepare a paragraph for the newspapers tomorrow – will celebrate today. Quality of the evidence from Mr. Dudgeon and Mr. Heptenstall from Doncaster. This letter was forwarded to James Watt at Heathfield.
