DescriptionMatthew Boulton is busy with the assizes and Harbourne poor levies. He is uneasy about the Parliamentary proceedings about copper and the ferment this is causing in Cornwall, and is worried about M. R. Boulton’s safety. Mr. Hurd told Mr. Williams the proceedings of a meeting of the Rose Copper Company and has been expelled. William Murdock is determined to visit Cornwall.
