Two 35 horse power side lever boat engines, with 35½ inch cylinders, 3 foot strokes.

Cross-section of the boat and engines, plan of the engine deck beams, longitudinal section of the engine room and boiler, plan of the engines and boiler and sleepers, gangway wale and paddle casing - reverse drawings made in the London office; press copy drawing of cylinder with 40 horse nozzle; working gear - 2 coloured original drawings and coloured direct copy drawing (these drawings are slightly different); eccentric rod, ring etc. and disengaging and balance weight - coloured original and coloured reverse drawings; starting gear; section and plan of boiler - reverse drawing made in the London office (this drawing was originally made for Vixen in Apr. 1828 and was re-used for the Maria Dorothea).
