Two 60 horse power side lever boat engines, with 42 inch cylinders, 4 foot strokes.

Cross-section of the boat and engines, longitudinal section of the engine room, plan of the engine sleepers, plan of the engine deck beams, section and plan of the engine platform - drawings made in the London office; section and plan of copper boiler - partially coloured original and reverse drawings made in the London office (the original drawing has a memorandum about the boiler' weight attached to it); hot water and bilge pump etc., paddle wheel and shaft,) - coloured original and coloured reverse drawings; connecting rod and cross bar and coupling link - partially coloured original, direct copy and reverse drawings; plan of the feeding pipes and boiler, longitudinal section of feeding pipes, cross-section of feeding pipes - reverse drawings made in the London office; plan of the engine room, longitudinal section of engine room and boiler, cross-sections of the boat and engine room and boiler - partially coloured reverse drawings; upper headstock frames - coloured original and reverse drawings; reversing motion; 2 rough sketches of headstock frames (one of these drawings was first used for 60 horse engines for a Margate boat, Magnet [see Pf. 1139]); letter and sketch of paddle wheel and shaft from Frederick Bennett to Hollins Hunt. All the drawings except the first drawings made in London and the last 4 items bear letter codes.
