2 horse power independent crank engine, with 9½ inch cylinder, 20 inch stroke, cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod.

"Scheme for a two horse engine and pumps" - marked "not executed" (this drawing shows a beamless engine with a crosshead at the top of the piston rod).
"Proposed plan of 2 horse engine JC & pumps" - marked "not executed" (this drawing shows a beam engine working a pump beam).

Double pump - partially coloured original and partially coloured reverse drawings; plan and sections of the boiler - sketch and partially coloured reverse drawing; plans and elevations of the engine and boiler and pump - partially coloured reverse drawing; view showing the mode of holding down the bracket etc. for the outer end of the fly wheel shaft - reverse drawing; small sketch section of a 2 horse cistern. All these drawings except the last item bear letter codes.
