"Ground Plan of the Buildings belonging to the Works at the Soho (except the Mint & Building adjoining) standing on the Land now under Lease to Mr. Boulton" - coloured plan of Soho Manufactory by J. A. Smith, Jun. 1788, with a memorandum of valuation of the buildings by J. A. Smith, 4 Jun. 1788. Plan of part of the engine company shops showing parallel motion shop, boiler, position of drill, large drill, grindstone etc. - partially coloured plan, not titled or dated [1790s].
