Description16 horse power double-acting sun & planet engine, with 21? inch cylinder, 5 foot stroke, parallel motion. Power later increased to 20 horses.

All the drawings except the last 2 items bear letter codes.

For Walkers Ward & Co. Lead manufactory, Chester. The firm became Thomas Walker & Co. in 1807. According to the Catalogue of Old Engines the leftover 16 horse parts were purchased by a Mr. Lacock of Kidcrow Colliery near Lawton in 1811.
