For Taylor Weston & Co. Cotton mill, Manchester. This engine was originally ordered by Messrs. Arrowsmith & Pennington of Hindley, near Wigan, for a mill at Ormskirk. Engine Order Book No. 3 notes that the engine was transferred to Taylor Weston & Co. on 28 Jul. 1801.
