Coloured original and reverse general view of the engine, reverse plans and coloured original and reverse sections of the engine and boilers; reverse plan and sections of the framing and cistern, with later alterations stuck on. All the drawings bear letter codes.

For Charles Lees & Co. Cotton mill, Stockport. This was the second engine for Lees & Co., the first being an 8 horse power sun & planet engine in 1795 [see Portfolio 5/121].
