40 horse power double-acting crank engine, with 31½ inch cylinder, 7 foot stroke, parallel motion, cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod.
Also fire extinguishing apparatus.

Reverse general view of the engine and boiler, reverse plan of the engine and boilers; reverse plan and sections of the engine and boiler houses and framing, drawings of cistern (2 of the drawings are marked "Not used" and have the corrected versions on the other side); pillars and plate - reverse drawings; parallel motion for hot and cold water pumps - reverse drawing; parallel motion - reverse drawing also used for drawing HOD for P. Marsland; 2 small sketch plans for the engine house by William Creighton, Mar. 1802. All the drawings except the last 2 items bear letter codes.
Also section of mill and plan of engine showing pipes etc. for fire extinguishing apparatus.
