346. David Holt, Manchester (A). Feb., Apr., Jun., Jul. 1804. 7 items. 14 horse power crank engine, with 20¾ inch cylinder, 4 foot stroke, parallel motion, cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod. 20 horse cylinder added 1810.
Reverse general section of the engine with eccentric working gear pencilled in, reverse plan of the engine and boilers; reverse plan and sections of the engine house, boilers and framing; cylinder plates and support, headstock plate etc. - reverse drawings; rough sketch plan of the engine house, boiler house and river marked "Brought by Mr. Brunton from Manchester 9 Jul. 1804"; sketch plan of the engine house and part of the mill.
