20 horse power crank engine, with 23¾ inch cylinder, 5 foot stroke, parallel motion, [cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod.

Reverse plan and sections of the engine and boiler houses and boilers, drawings of the cistern; small sketch plan of pipes; small sketch plan of the engine house and factory; ground plan of the premises showing old and new factories, location of the engine, shafts, apparatus etc. marked "brought by Mr. Samuel". The engine house drawings bear letter codes.

For Saunders Tanner & Co. Woollen manufactory, Bradford, Wiltshire. The firm may have become Yearbury Tugwell & Co., as the plan of the engine and boiler houses shows a third boiler added in Jul. 1824 which is marked "Yearbury Tugwell & Co."
