60 horse power double-acting crank engine, with 38 inch cylinder, 7 foot stroke, parallel motion, cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod.

Reverse plan of the engine and boiler, cross-section of the engine house, plan of the tunnel, longitudinal section of the engine house (showing considerable detail of the engine including beam, connecting rod, governor etc.), holes in wall for shafts, longitudinal section of boiler, cross-section of boilers and engine house; eccentric working gear for slide valves - coloured reverse drawing; plan and elevation of the mill and engine house showing connection to grindstones, marked "Mr. J. McKine, copy of plan brought by Daniel Fairweather." All the drawings except the last item bear letter codes.
