For La Compagnie d'Ourscamp. From sketches in the portfolio of pump work drawings it appears that the engine was used for pumping. The engine was actually made in 1812, but not appropriated for La Compagnie d'Ourscamp until Jun. 1822. The order was placed by Heath Son & Furze of 31 Old Jewry, London, and their name is usually used in references to the engine.
