587. Llanarmon Mine (LM). Jun., Jul., Sep. 1802. 11 items. Single-acting engine, with 26ΒΌ inch cylinder, 6 foot stroke, chain connection.
Coloured original and reverse general view of the engine, plan of the engine, longitudinal section of boiler (3 drawings on 1 sheet); reverse plans and sections of the engine house and boilers, drawings of cistern (1 sheet is marked "This drawing made Dec. 1827"); piston rod cap and cross bar, beam strap ends, arch plates for beam ends, adjusting screws, chain links - original and reverse drawings, martingales, gudgeons, plummer blocks, air pump cross bar, air pump bucket rod cap - reverse drawings (these 2 sheets of drawings were made in Apr. 1793 for a 26 inch engine for Barrow Lees & Co. which was countermanded); clack piece - coloured reverse drawings (new copy made 1811, smaller scale than the original, also marked "Buarcos 12 inch"); working gear - coloured original and reverse front and side views (the reverse drawing is marked "HNH J. & J. Wilson"). All the drawings bear letter codes.
