For John Scott, draper, and Edward Jeffreys of Shrewsbury. Malehurst, Shropshire. Note that the List of Engines made at Soho says that the cylinder was 27 inches in diameter, but the printed list of components in the portfolio and the Drawing Office Index both give the diameter as 24 inches.
