Coloured original and reverse general view of the engine, plan of the engine and boiler; reverse plan and sections of the engine house and boiler (one of the drawings is marked "This fair copy made Nov. 1827"); nozzles and gear - reverse drawing (marked "46 48" - copy HEM was made for Spode & Co.); plan and elevation of the air pump, condenser and injection gear - partially coloured original and reverse drawings (the original has a sketch of the condenser and pipe for East Layton Mine, Oct. 1810 in the corner); parallel motion - coloured oringal drawing; top of the pump rod, alteration to the spring beams - press copy sketches. All the drawings except the last 2 items bear letter codes.
